Scripture John 7: 14-36
Devotion
Jesus was saying: These are not my words but those who sent me. But most did not pay attention. He did one miracle and he said stop making judgments by what you see, but listen to the meanings of the words. Any healing was not his but God’s. He was telling the people, everyone has the choice to believe.
We have miracles happening around us all the time. We need to realize these are God’s doing. Do I understand how? No! But I understand love, faithfulness, truth, forgiveness through God’s creation of family, friends, believers, and yes even pets.
We are all to be servants of God as helpers, hands, voices, telling of God’s truth. We need to follow God to gain eternity.
Prayer
Our Father, Help us to listen and follow you. Amen.
